The Last Year adalah sebuah game Visual Novel dan Sandbox yang menggabungkan tema drama remaja, romansa, dan misteri. Kamu akan bermain sebagai murid laki - laki yang sudah memasuki tahun ketiganya.
Awal ceritanya jadi MC adalah murid pindahan dari kota, karena hidup di kota sekarang sangat mahal. Jadi MC harus pindah ke kampung halamannya dan menyelesaikan sekolah disana. Akankah MC akan membuat memori bahagia disana?
