Game ini akan menceritakan cerita sebuah keluarga Doktor yang baru saja memulai jenjang karir terbarunya di rumah sakit baru. Kepala keluarga tersebut adalah Psikiatris, Istrinya adalah Dokter, dan Anak perempuannya adalah Suster. Rumah sakit baru ini adalah kesempatan besar bagi mereka untuk merealisasikan impian mereka.

Nah cara mereka merealisasikan impian mereka adalah tergantung kamu dalam bermain di dalam game ini. Selain kamu mengkontrol aksi dari si Kepala keluarga, kamu juga dapat mengkontrol sebagian aksi dari Istrimu dan Anakmu. Di game ini ada 3 Rute Game, Rute Netorare, Ruter Netorase, dan Rute Cinta.
